Sessions

Session Times range from 30-75 minutes.

Depending on your goals, we'll use different techniques such as: 

  • Weight lifting

  • Pilates

  • Dynamic stretching

  • Balance conditioning 

  • High intensity interval training (HIIT)

  • Manual or self release 

  • Hands on techniques

Payment:
I accept Cash, Check, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle.
Unfortunately, I do not take insurance.
  • COVID: For in-person sessions please let me know if you believe you have been exposed to COVID, or are feeling symptamatic.  We will reschedule that session, if agreed upon, without penalty.  Please respect the 24-hour etiquette when possible. 

  • Cancellations: A strict 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all sessions.  Any cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to a session will be charged.  Emergencies will be discussed or rescheduled as needed.

  • Payment: Payment is expected upon completion of session or on another basis as agreed upon (such as monthly checks).
